How To Join The TCOA
Where the twice yearly Travelogue magazine is sent to a UK address the annual subscription is £10.00. New members are required to pay a joining fee of £10.00 which will cover membership for the period up to 1st August, on which date renewal is due irrespective of when you join.
Please add £1.00 per year if postage is to a European address, or £2.00 if postage is to a non-European address.
The preferred payment is by Bankers Order (standing order) as this avoids the need to send out renewal notices. Please complete, print, and sign the Bankers Order form (standing order), and send it to the membership secretary (address below). UK residents use this form, European residents use this form, and all others use this form.
If payment by Bankers Order is not possible a cheque for £40.00 drawn on a UK bank is acceptable - this covers the joining fee and three years subscriptions (please add £4.00 if postage is to a European address, or £8.00 if postage is to a non-European address). When due, a renewal reminder for a further four years subscriptions will be sent. Renewal reminders will then be sent every four years. Complete this form to send with your cheque.
Once you have completed, printed and signed the form, send it not to your bank, but to:
